Our client, a well-established and growing commercial landscape company, is seeking a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join their team in the Annapolis, MD market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts in the Annapolis and surrounding area

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and identify enhancement opportunities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and responsive communication

• Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

• Prepare and present proposals for enhancements and seasonal services

• Monitor account performance, budgets, and profitability

• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or account management

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, seasonal service needs, and crew coordination

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and building long-term client relationships

• Proficiency in landscape or field service management software (e.g., Aspire, LMN) preferred

• Valid driver’s license required
