Your Impact

• Master the art of operating complex packaging and labeling equipment, following precise Standard Operating Procedures.
• Be a vital part of the equipment setup process, making sure everything from printers to heat tunnels is precisely calibrated for each packaging run.
• Take charge of waste management, maintaining compliance with proper satellite storage methods.
• Ensure seamless operations by diligently managing documentation for product and material requisitions.
• Use your detailed focus to conduct accurate reconciliations of batch records, ensuring all data entries are flawless.
• Troubleshoot with confidence, collaborating with teams to resolve issues swiftly and report process deviations accurately.
• Guide and train peers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of learning and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate clearly and compellingly about process updates and equipment needs.
• Prioritize safety in all operations, identifying and reporting any hazards while complying with hazardous waste laws.

Qualifications

Bring a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience to excel here, with preference given to those with three years in similar roles.

Complete our prestigious hazardous waste management training program, proving your dedication to safety and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within a manufacturing setting, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Proven skills in equipment troubleshooting, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Strong capacity for following intricate instructions and detailed procedures.
• Robust physical ability, including lifting up to 35 lbs and skilled operation of a reach truck forklift.
• Basic mathematical and computer proficiency to navigate operational tasks efficiently.
