Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Technician to join our dynamic team in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation technology and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft systems, ensuring adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to conduct repairs and adjustments.
• Interpret and work from schematics, technical drawings, and manuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain avionics systems, including electrical components, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Document all maintenance activities in accordance with AS9100 standards to maintain quality assurance.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve processes and enhance aircraft reliability.

Skills

• Proficient in aircraft maintenance practices with a solid understanding of aviation regulations.
• Experience with avionics systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and precision measuring equipment such as calipers and ohmmeters.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting schematics and technical documentation.
• Ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
