Job Title: Experienced Car Detailer (Commission-Based) | Overview: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Car Detailer to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive care and detailing who possess advanced skills beyond standard car washing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and a track record of delivering top-notch results. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including but not limited to washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing.
• Conduct paint correction, scratch removal, and paint protection application using industry-leading techniques and products.
• Clean and restore vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and conditioning leather surfaces.
• Execute specialized detailing tasks such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and trim rejuvenation.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and imperfections, and recommend appropriate services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly utilized and stored.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Car Detailer, with a demonstrated ability to perform advanced detailing techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive detailing products, tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
