POSITION: Barista
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO : General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, Floor Manager , Bartender, Server
PURPOSE:
The Barista supports the floor to keep all operations running smoothly. The Baris t a partakes in tak ing care of the guests by providing genuine care and hospitality while upholding the quality of food, beverage, and service. The Barista should have a genuine passion for working on the floor and eagerness to learn and grow .
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
In addition to performing the key responsibilities listed above, this position is required to perform a combination of the following:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands for this position includes standing and working for long periods of time and moving intermittently during work hours. The employee is required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, and reach above shoulder level. These physical demands described here must be met by the employee to perform the essential functions of the job.
