Key Responsibilities

• Skillfully maneuver pipes in and out of welding machinery.
• Master the weld and plasma machine to attach outlets to pipes.
• Utilize handheld weld guns to perform specific welding tasks as directed.
• Ensure each completed weld is stamped and certified using metal stamps and hammers.
• Guide pipes along tables, preparing them for the next stages of production.
• Push pipe carts with precision to facilitate loading operations.
• Operate pneumatic banding machines to bundle pipes for shipping, when called upon.
• Achieve all training milestones with a focus on safety and skill enhancement.
• Adhere to all organizational procedures and policies.
• Conduct tasks within the SOP framework for the department.
• Adapt swiftly to additional responsibilities as set by fabrication leads or management.

Welder Profile

• 1-2 years' experience in dynamic production settings under tight schedules.
• Prior welding exposure beneficial, with the drive to earn welding certification.
• Numeracy skills, adept at handling measurements and basic arithmetics.

Proficiency Expectations

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with FSQA standards.
• Material handling expertise.
• Adaptability to a manufacturing environment.
