**Overview** **Hourly Pay: $24.00** **The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits,** ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( The Cleaner QRF Tech provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. **Basic Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years of age or older - 2-3 years of experience required and on the job training provided - No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** - Customer service experience - 2-3 years of similar work experience Must have a valid Driver's License. **Responsibilities:** ● Assist and support with QRF and Recycle/waste techs. Assistance will be needed to help palletized products or move and break down large items. ● Cover for any absences of these QRF and Recycle/waste techs as they are OOO or on PTO. ● Assist with Corrigo tickets when directed by Supervisor or manager. ● Replace broken towel, soap and rest room or breakroom dispensers. ● Replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles for all bldgs once per month. ● Plunging toilets or sinks as needed and as directed by supervisor or manager. ● Removal and collection of wafers, Ewaste and labeled cardboard. ● Inspection and sign off of all eyewash stations at all 3 campuses once per month.. ● Removal and proper disposal of wood pallets, wood crates and other wood debris in appropriate recycle bins. ● Assist in palletizing the above waste items as needed and log the waste accordingly. ● Report to the supervisor when pallets are ready to be relocated so a disposition form is created and posted on the palletized items for relocation to the waste facility. ● Drive company vehicles as needed when relocating any of the above materials. ● Assist in the coffee program when needed and requested by Supervisor or manager. ● Generate a daily report with tasks completed for you and all of the QRF and recycle/waste techs. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
