Job Description

Position Summary

Duration: 2-3 Months

The Project Employee, HR Communications, partners with the Chief People Officer to develop and deliver consistent employee-facing messaging across the company. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position will lead high-priority projects and operational tasks from end to end. This includes supporting logistics for Town Hall meetings, crafting content for the newsletter, maintaining intranet pages, managing the communications calendar, handling email distributions, ensuring internal brand alignment, and addressing ad hoc requests.

We are seeking a versatile communicator who excels at managing multiple projects, driving operational efficiency, and supporting execution in a fast-paced environment. This role primarily involves in-person engagement with internal partners.

Major Responsibilities

  • Streamline processes and partner with leaders to support the execution of communications campaigns from end-to-end, including Town Hall meetings and launching systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute employee-facing communication plans and strategies to support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage communications, such as recurring newsletters, year-end and mid-year communications, and Training communications.
  • Write, edit, and distribute content for newsletters, intranet updates, and HR Strategy updates
  • Ensure all HR communications are consistent and aligned with the company’s corporate brand identity, strategic direction, and best practices.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by implementing and managing new HR communications processes and systems.

Required Education / Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, HR communications, or related roles contributing to employee experience.

  • Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills to address dynamic business needs.
  • Detail-oriented with proven project management and event coordination experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level presentations) and Adobe Illustrator (creating visually appealing content).
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Planner.
