Role Description

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to become a part of our Team!

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Mooresville, NC. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for overall Office Administrative activities and assisting the Project Teams with contract negotiation, contract management, procurement, utilizing analytical skills. Strong communication skills are essential for successful interaction with stakeholders.

You will provide overall support to Sr. Project Manager's business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • File & Organize all project documents (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, etc.)
  • Schedule and Organize all Deliveries
  • Professional Conduct with all Visitors
  • Assist in Recruiting/Hiring Activities
  • Facilities Coordination

Qualifications:

  • Previous Construction Office Experience Preferred
  • Deadline and Detail-Oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
