Job Title: Compounding Formulator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Compounding Formulator to mix and formulate batches of personal care products and cosmetics. This role offers significant opportunities for learning and growth as our company aims to triple its revenue over the next three years. Responsibilities + Mix and formulate batches of personal care products and cosmetics. + Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Handle large batch sizes, with a minimum experience in 1000-gallon batch sizes. + Utilize chemistry knowledge for effective compounding and blending. Essential Skills + Proven experience in mixing, compounding, and formulation. + Knowledge of GMP regulations. + Experience with large batch sizes, particularly 1000-gallon batches. + Chemistry and compound blending. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a cosmetics or foods environment is required. + Ability to handle large batch operations efficiently. Work Environment This position involves working in a cosmetics manufacturing environment, dealing with large batches. Training will initially occur on the first shift, with a transition to the second shift. A differential is offered for second shift work. Attire should be appropriate for a manufacturing setting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
