Role: ETL Technical Lead

Location: Worcester, MA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

• Must have experience: years in ETL Power Center, Oracle, Hadoop, SQL
• Work with Business Analysts to understand the requirements and arrive at estimates
• Closely work with business to understand the issues and arrive at feasible solution.
• Track and monitor multiple daily, weekly and Monthly batches running on PowerCenter
• Work with offshore team for batch status reporting.
• Provide estimates to application enhancements
• Able to work with project teams on impact analysis to baseline
• Participate in the meeting scheduled to discuss on business requirements.
• Develop new jobs and workflows in Informatica power center meeting the performance standards
• Support the application deployments and post production support.
• Must have Skills: ETL Power Center, Oracle, Hadoop, SQL.
• P&C Insurance domain knowledge desirable
• Nice to Have: Informatica Cloud Experience, Performance tuning of SQL Queries

• Work with client teams to understand the requirements.
• Closely work with offshore team to complete the assigned tasks and gather the status of tasks assigned.
• Update the day- to- day status of assigned tasks to project team Participate in the meeting scheduled to discuss on business requirements. To be part of sprint back log grooming and retrospective meeting with product owners and scrum masters.
• Address the issues identified from the applications in production. Fix the issues on need basis to ensure that, there is no interruption to applications users.
• Support the application deployments and post production support.
