Come join our energetic visual communications team! We are based in Tucker, Georgia, and are looking for an additional team member. We are committed to working hard and having fun together. This Experiential Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing all necessary graphic designs and job layouts in accordance with the customer's requirements and/or preparing provided artwork/files to be compatible with the center design and RIP software. This position is not available for remote or freelance work. Moreover, this individual will collaborate with the Production Specialist and will be required to be the backup to operate vinyl plotting, wide-format printing, and other equipment. Image360 Tucker is a female-owned and operated visual communications business that has been operational in the greater Atlanta region for over 25 years. We are in a 5600 sq. ft. facility in Tucker, GA, and are part of a nationally known franchise that provides superior graphics and signage services. The compensation package ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 annually. Responsibilities:

• Learn Flexi Design Software in conjunction with the Adobe Suite
• Understand the PC environment and workflow
• Serve as backup to operate the plotter and the wide-format equipment to produce client jobs
• Maintain and monitor server and backup routines for all files produced in the Graphics department
• Operate and calibrate monitors, office printers/copiers, print equipment, etc., to ensure accurate color production and proofing
• Serve as a backup to clean and maintain all equipment
• Provides client education on proper submission of digital files
• Work with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide guidance for the best solution
• Answer phones as needed
• Help to maintain social media

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of education in graphic design or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in the sign industry is a plus
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional appearance, upbeat, positive attitude
• Sharp attention to detail
• Keen multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as an integral team member
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse customer/prospect base

Expertise in the following software applications is a plus:

• Adobe Illustrator – current version
• Adobe Photoshop – current version
• Adobe Acrobat Professional – current version
• Extensis Font Software
• FlexiSign – current version
• Adobe InDesign – current version
• Expertise in the wide-format printer and Onyx RIP operation
• Expertise in color management concepts and procedures
