At PwC, our people in operations consulting specialise in providing consulting services on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity
As part of the Asset Management Strategy & Operations team you are expected to provide executive management and key decision makers with insights and advice on their most critical business challenges. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Corporate Finance, Economics and Finance
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Corporate Finance, Economics and Finance, Financial Mathematics, Managerial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Quantitative Finance preferred
- Leading project work streams
- Communicating in written and verbal formats to various audiences
- Conducting and managing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research
- Developing financial models based on discounted cash flow
- Analyzing financial statements and basic financial ratios
- Understanding of basic managerial accounting concepts
- Leveraging structured thinking and the ability to develop storylines
- Using industry background and experience to apply specific insights

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
