For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $70 - $85 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. + Build cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. + Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code. + Ensure applications are optimized for performance, speed, and scalability. + Implement UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. + Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services. + Conduct testing and debugging to ensure applications function smoothly across different devices and platforms. + Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end and mobile development. **Experience Requirements:** + Proven experience in front-end web development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). + Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android using React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks. + Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. + Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. + Familiarity with version control systems like Git. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and teamwork abilities. + A proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends. + Flexible work environment _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
