Join a highly respected organization that supports the growth and success of a dynamic and essential industry. You'll work with a mission-driven team that values collaboration, creativity, and professionalism. This in-office role offers an energetic and supportive culture, professional development opportunities, and the chance to make an impact through compelling visual storytelling across print and digital media. If you're passionate about editorial design, excited to work on meaningful content, and thrive in a collaborative creative environment, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute multi-page layouts for both print and digital formats, including magazines, reports, brochures, and web content.
  • Create infographics and motion graphics to visually enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and content strategists to transform complex material into engaging visual narratives.
  • Prepare print-ready files and work directly with production teams and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Translate editorial designs into responsive digital layouts for online publication.
  • Maintain and evolve templates and design systems for brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects, independently prioritize deadlines, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and outputs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio focused on editorial and long-form content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma, WordPress, or other publishing tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design hierarchy.
  • Proven experience in preparing production-ready files and working with print vendors.
  • Experience in digital publishing and knowledge of design specs for web, email, and social platforms.
  • Ability to maintain organized, accessible design assets and apply brand guidelines consistently.
  • Self-motivated and highly detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and bonus points for motion design experience.
