COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are a small property management company based in Colorado Springs that specializes in Airbnb management looking to hire two cleaners for our Teller county team! We have numerous rentals in Divide, Florissant, Woodland Park and Cascade. Clean stylish spaces while listening to music or catching up on your favorite podcast!

POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Vacation Rental Housekeeper , your hard work ensures each home feels and looks brand new; it also sets the stage for life to be lived and memories made.

We’re looking for someone with great energy and amazing time management skills who will be meticulous in their work and maintain excellent communication with our team.

This program is ideal for anyone who wants more flexibility, more opportunity, and more control over their schedule and future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We're looking for a cleaner to cover up to 4-8 jobs per week currently. If things are going well, we may give you more.
• All jobs occur between 10:15am and 3:45pm. Our units can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours to clean. We may assign more than one clean a day.
• Jobs are a flat fee, but priced so that cleaners in Teller County are making around $20-25/hr during training period (30-90 days) and $30-35/hr after the training period. If you intend on working in Colorado Springs, the cleans are paid at a different rate of $15-20/hr during training period (30-90 days) and $25-30/hr after the training period.
• Occasionally accommodate late check-outs and early check-ins.
• Must work with the property manager to ensure the unit is in tip top shape, notifying manager of any damages to items in the unit or if anything needs to be fixed.
• Must be extremely reliable and must be willing to complete a cleaning checklist, every single clean.
• Must be able to take last minute bookings and be willing to take cleans even on some holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience cleaning Airbnbs or Hotels preferred
• Willing to obtain a basic business license and liability insurance after 90 days (very affordable for cleaners and we’ll help you get there!)
• Must have no plans to relocate in the foreseeable future

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Compensation: Flat fee per project ranging from $20 -$35 per hour.

Compensation Details: Based on performance and time management, the flat fee increases working out to approximately $25 to $30 per hour after the inspection period concludes.
