Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. **The Role** CIM is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, interacting with CIM staff, custodian bank representatives, service providers, and investment managers. Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, the Analyst will be part of the Investment Operations & Compliance Team (IOC Team) and will focus on key deliverables that support CIM's objectives. **Location** This role is designated as fully remote, US. **The Main Responsibilities** + Lead the generation and analysis of comprehensive reports on investment performance, expenses, accounting, and compliance. + Maintain and update CIM Board-level reports on asset allocation, performance data, and investment-related operational, actuarial, and regulatory information. + Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to extract and summarize information, generating actionable insights. + Collaborate with CIM team members to ensure accurate reflection of custody bank information and reporting in financial statements and internal reports. + Engage with asset managers to facilitate operational requirements and provide portfolio management and performance updates. + Manage, direct, and analyze trust cash flows, including benefit payments, account transfers, capital calls, fund distributions, and invoice payments, ensuring regulatory compliance and fiduciary oversight. + Partner with the Compliance Manager on projects and reports to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. + Continuously monitor, update, and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Perform daily compliance functions for internally managed investment strategies. + Drive operational efficiencies through the integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI tools, across CIM **What We Look For in a Candidate** Required + Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, including data analytics. + At least three years of related experience in data analytics, accounting, finance, investment management, IT, or back-office operations. + Proficiency in Power BI. + Familiarity with investment and accounting concepts. ​​​​​​​Preferred + Python programming and familiarity with CoPilot and other AI tools + Basic knowledge of pension fund management and 401(k) plans **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $78,908 - $105,210 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $82,856 - $110,471 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $86,804 - $115,731 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
