Janitorial Technician – Brookings, SD

Purpose : Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of high quality and timely cleaning projects. Responsible for cleaning offices, clinics, and retail businesses.

Essential Functions: 

● General office cleaning which includes -- dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, scrubbing bathrooms, and cleaning breakrooms

● Some facilities require special skills such as floor experience with buffing, stripping and waxing

● Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

● High School Graduate or GED Required

● Ability to pass a background check Required

Physical Demands

● Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects

● Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions

● Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures
