**Job Description:** + Leading the installation of electrical systems that interconnect our solar array to the grid power of commercial Solar projects + Will work primarily on NexTracker Ground Mount Systems. + Ensuring work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes + Wiring boxes + Installing main panel upgrades + Bending and installing conduit + Pulling and terminating wires **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Should have 3+ years of electrical experience in solar, industrial, or commercial Construction + Must have underground electrical, string wiring of panels, wiring combiner boxes and inverter knowledge + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds + Ability to work in extreme weather conditions **Experience Level:** **Intermediate** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $42.00/hr. **Workplace Type:** + this position requires the flexibility to travel throughout CA but mainly in the central valley **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
