Job Description



Our vision is to make a difference by enabling proactive, compliance-driven operations in Export Control, Customs, and Foreign Trade functions for Bosch. We are ahead of the curve, prevent unnecessary blocked transactions and build a scalable, strong and sustainable foundation to address future Global Trade challenges with confidence. As the COE Leader Export Control, Customs and Foreign Trade your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  • Establishing and leading a team of highly skilled experts in Export Control, US-Reexport, Customs classifications and business partner screening
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in the functional and business areas and with the global COE organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Export Control and Tariff Code Specialists in a global environment.
  • Steer workload to meet quality and performance KPI’s.
  • Manage team performance, coaching, and career planning. 
  • Oversee budget planning and resource needs.
  • Drive team development through strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications



Required

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and experience 
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the field of foreign trade
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading, coaching and developing successful teams.
  • Experience in ERP systems software
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations a plus
