👥 Who We're Looking For:

• ✔️ Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent with 3+ years of experience (Required) - multi-state license a plus
  
   
• ✔️ Looking to transition to a new brokerage
  
   
• ✔️ Committed to training, mentoring, and scaling with intention
  
   
• ✔️ Ready to plug into a proven system that drives production and income
  
   
• ✔️ Comfortable working 40+ hours/week in a remote environment
  
   

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Migrate to The Gray Agency’s platform
  
   
• Plug into our training, tools, and CRM
  
   
• Continue working warm market leads (no cold calling)
  
   
• Support new and experienced agents in production and compliance
  
   
• Track performance, provide mentorship, and lead from the front
  
   
• Grow your downline and scale your agency with our guidance
  
   

💸 Compensation & Opportunity

• 💼 1099 – Commission-Only
  
   
• 💰 First-Year Income Potential: $75,000–$150,000+
  
   
• 📈 Long-Term Potential: $450,000–$1,000,000+
  
   
• 🔁 Residual income & override opportunities
