We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, retention, and expansion across the user journey. This role is all about delivering the right message at the right time—through coordinated, data-driven email programs and close collaboration with product and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
Own Lifecycle Strategy Across the Funnel: Design and manage a full-funnel lifecycle approach—nurturing leads, onboarding new users, driving retention, and supporting upsell and cross-sell.
Plan and Execute Email Programs: Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing—from strategy to delivery. Build, launch, and continuously optimize automated flows and one-off campaigns that support onboarding, re-engagement, expansion, and product adoption. This role requires deep technical expertise in managing email platforms, ensuring deliverability, maintaining clean lists, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product & Marketing: Work with product and marketing on feature launches, in-product moments, and milestone campaigns to ensure timely, relevant, and actionable messaging.
Continuously Optimize Performance: Run A/B tests, analyze behavioral data, and iterate on targeting, timing, and content to improve lifecycle KPIs.
Deliver a Seamless User Experience: Ensure lifecycle messaging is consistent, brand-aligned, and part of a cohesive user journey—not fragmented or siloed.
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
Strong knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and event-triggered flows
Proven success improving activation, retention, and LTV through lifecycle strategy
Experience working closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams
Analytical mindset with a bias for testing and iteration
Excellent communication skills and customer-centric messaging instincts
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
