**Job Description:**
· We're seeking a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Product Marketing team, focused on healthcare and life sciences SaaS platforms. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, content, and clinical data-and can turn complex solutions into crisp, compelling sales collateral-this role is for you.
· You'll work cross-functionally to craft demos, one-pagers, and case studies that connect our MedTech and data platform solutions with B2B buyers like CIOs, CPOs, CISOs, and Clinical Informatics teams.
**Responsibilities:**
· Create high-impact sales enablement materials: demos, one-pagers, decks, case studies.
· Translate technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging for healthcare and data leaders.
· Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and resonance.
· Understand and articulate product capabilities of platforms like Workbench.
· Tailor messaging to align with client personas and go-to-market strategy.
· Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all materials.
**Experience:**
· 3+ years in sales enablement, and product marketing for clinical, health tech, or life sciences SaaS.
· Experience creating customer-facing technical content (e.g., demos, collateral, white papers).
· Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture platforms in a healthcare or analytics context.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Bonus: Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
**Education:**
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
