In this role, you will play a key part in executing influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and processes are met seamlessly. ### What You'll Do:
- Manage the workflow and completion of tasks within our project management platform
- Support campaign execution teams in all aspects of planning and reporting
- Work closely with Campaign Management to ensure influencer communication, scope, and timelines are met
- Act as the main liaison between talent and internal teams, ensuring deliverables and payments are handled efficiently
- Perform content moderation to maintain brand safety across all social campaigns
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations, to track deliverables and meet client expectations
- Become an expert in our proprietary technology platform, organizing talent and campaign data as needed
### What You Bring:
- Must be physically based in New York City
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, PR, advertising, or a related field
- Experience working with beauty brands, particularly in luxury beauty
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting with evolving priorities
- Knowledge and interest in major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology platforms
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and innovations

### Salary Range:
$80,000 - $105,000
