### About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Manager, Client Solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Client and Campaign Management teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury beauty brands. ### What You'll Do:
- Oversee project workflows and task completion using our project management platform
- Support campaign execution teams in all aspects of planning and reporting
- Coordinate with Campaign Management to ensure influencer communications align with scope, timelines, and brand guidelines
- Act as the main point of contact between influencers and internal teams to facilitate deliverables and payments
- Conduct content moderation to ensure all influencer posts meet brand safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations teams
- Become an expert in our proprietary tech platform, organizing talent and campaign information as needed
### What We're Looking For:
- Must be physically based in NYC
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, PR, advertising, or a related field
- Experience working with beauty brands, especially in the luxury space
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with evolving priorities
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general technology platforms
- A passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations
### Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working at a marketing-tech or media startup
- A strong interest in influencer marketing and digital content trends
### Salary Range:
$80,000 - $105,000
