And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Required Qualifications:** + **Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in good standing with the applicable state** + **Successful mastery of the workflow in their previous RN II position** + **1-year experience as a Nurse at Oak Street Health** + **BLS Certification** + **Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience** + **Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and process information in a confidential manner** + **US work authorization** + **Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction, strong communication and assessment skill** + **Candidate must be willing to travel to all centers regionally to support precepting and have access to a reliable form of transportation** **Strongly Preferred Qualifications:** + **3+ years of healthcare experience working as an RN** + **Successful mastery of the workflow in their previous RN II position** + **Ability to collaborate and communicate with members of an interdisciplinary care team** + **Ability to work independently** + **Excellent computer skills with the ability to read, interpret and analyze data from various computer systems** + **Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills** + **Previous experience in clinic setting** + **Successful mastery of the work required of the RN II position** + **Commitment and passion for training and continuing education** + **An appetite for expanded responsibilities, greater clinical experience, and a chance to truly make an impact in the growth and development of their Oaky teammates** **Preferred Qualifications:** + **Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary - suggestion to add this as an optional data point for specific demographics, removing from our generic central posting)** + **Somebody who embodies being "Oaky"** **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $60,522.00 - $129,615.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
