Elite Corporate Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a global logistics and storage company that specializes in the safe of bulk liquid products. This role will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and ordering goods and services required by the Operating Company, ensuring alignment with corporate procurement policies and internal customer requirements.

What you´ll Do.

• Support the Manager in spend analysis, contract reviews, and category management.
• Propose actions and initiatives for the Tactical Procurement Plan (TPP) and annual budgeting.
• Manage RFQs, supplier selection, price negotiation, and on-time delivery.
• Execute purchases in compliance with tactical procurement procedures and standards.
• Coordinate all Sourcing & Procurement steps within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Ensure accurate use of ERP systems to process requests, approvals, orders, and receipts.
• Assist with sourcing for higher-value purchases lacking a framework agreement.
• Conduct supplier selection through RFI/RFP, evaluation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Implement and ensure proper usage of procurement contracts.
• Monitor contract compliance, performance, and recommend modifications or terminations.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and performance improvement programs.
• Tier supplier base and contribute to the Supplier Management Program.
• Monitor and report on procurement KPIs (e.g. savings, on-time delivery, compliance).
• Support process optimization through data analysis and continuous improvement effort.

What We're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational education in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the process industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of contract law and hands-on buying experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
