Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Product Specialist position!
Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Hybrid: Folsom, CA 95630
Pay Rate: $34/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Contract Length: 6 months with a high probability of extension
Note: If working from home, candidates must provide their own equipment.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on managing software patch schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely software releases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to learn new software applications and manage multiple moving parts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain tracking sheets to manage software patch delivery and installation schedules.
Provide weekly updates on software release activities and timelines.
Identify risks that could delay the release of software patches and communicate these effectively to the team.
Schedule and facilitate meetings as needed to support release planning and execution.
Coordinate directly with software vendors regarding patch delivery schedules.
Attend and represent development teams in CAB (Change Advisory Board) and environment planning meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications quickly.
Prior experience in project coordination, release management, or scheduling is a plus.
Must have flexibility to work hybrid
