As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant , you will support the planning and execution of high-impact outreach campaigns—gaining foundational experience in public relations, marketing, and brand communications .
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing strategic PR and outreach campaigns for nonprofit and cause-based clients
Coordinate community events, ensuring smooth setup, logistics, and excellent attendee experience
Represent charitable and mission-driven initiatives to the public clearly and professionally
Support branding efforts with promotional materials, displays, and event merchandising
Collect and analyze campaign data such as attendance, engagement, and feedback
Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners
Identify new event and outreach partnership opportunities
Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to improve campaign results
Enthusiastic communicators passionate about nonprofit work, cause marketing, or community engagement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Adaptable, team-oriented, and self-motivated individuals
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
