Overview:

Glen Ridge is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Rehab Director to lead our skilled and dedicated rehabilitation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist ready to step into leadership — or for a motivated clinician ready to grow into a director role. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
• Manage and support rehab staff including scheduling, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Track department metrics and contribute to facility goals

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in [State]
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Passionate about clinical excellence and team development
