We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Luxury Travel Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in booking high-end villas and private residences in premier destinations worldwide. You'll support the coordination of property availability, guest preferences, concierge services, and personalized travel planning all while delivering exceptional customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, real estate, tourism, or business preferred.
Passion for luxury travel, private accommodations, and high-end service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn booking software and client management systems.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Previous experience in customer service, real estate, travel planning, or hospitality.
Familiarity with luxury destinations (e.g., St. Barts, Ibiza, Tuscany, Maldives, Aspen).
Personal experience with villa rentals or private travel.
Multilingual abilities or international travel experience is a plus.
