• Pay Range: $52,000 - $62,000 annually

We're seeking experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Fast Food, or Fast Casual Managers to join a thriving franchise in Queens, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders who excel in team-building, customer service, and operational excellence.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Analyze financial metrics to boost profitability.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and labor efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience in QSR, fast food, or fast casual dining.
• Work History: Stable employment with no more than two employers in 5 years or three in 9 years (exceptions for closures or sales).
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Effective communication and decision-making skills.
• Operations Expertise: Proficiency in managing inventory, budgets, and financial data.
• Mindset: Creative, customer-focused, and community-driven.
