$75,000-$85,000 plus commission!!!

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health services to patients in their place or residence in accordance with physicians orders.

Qualification

• Current Ohio nursing license
• Three to five years experience preferred.
• One year experience in home health.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to work with individuals to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
• ability to supervise, guide and develop nursing skills and performances.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, evaluating and terminating nursing personnel.
• Responsible for the orientation of new patient care personnel.
• Assists in planning and consultative needs of staff.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
• Reviews patient medical records for compliance with federal, state, accrediting bodies, .
• Must be able to perform nursing functions in times staff shortage.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Service/Administrator. *
