Utilize UiPath’s RPA platform to implement requested customer solutions platform while developing automation workflows with UiPath, Inc.’s Studio (a proprietary tool for software automation) and custom solutions to address specific customer needs. Engage with clients in both technical pre- and post-sales to ensure UiPath adoption. Develop deep understanding of UiPath Platform and its functionalities order to deliver online and onsite trainings to customers. Gather project requirements for integration of UiPath's technologies partner products, implement internal automation, and prepare for UiPath system upgrades. Keep up to date with product releases, roadmap, and act on them (from product to customers – education, from customers to product – feedback and feature requests). Investigate and document practices and alternative solutions that could be used in future UiPath development and to provide a competitive advantage to UiPath and identify out-of-the-box opportunities to expand UiPath ecosystem. Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and assist in resolving any potential issues to improve business-wide processes and to ensure smooth business operations. Understand processes that need to be automated, check the feasibility of automating the particular process, and design and develop the future state of the process. Ensure that designed processes are providing required results after automation task is rolled for production. Provide support to internal teams, customers, and partners' implementation teams throughout their project implementation phase in order to improve the business processes used throughout the company. Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to evaluate requirements and code solutions via professional services agreements.

Minimum Skills & Abilities

Academic coursework, Internship, or work experience to include: experience working on software development scalable processes; experience with object-oriented programming languages; experience architecting automation processes; experience coding in .net framework; and experience working directly with customers and communicating to technical and non-technical individuals. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. 100% remote position reporting to UiPath, Inc. headquarters in New York, NY.  Candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S.  Approximately 50% domestic and international travel required to client sites for internal meetings and customer projects. Employer to pay travel expenses.  

$151,819/yr. - $156,250/yr. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Minimum Education & Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in software development field or related. Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and one (1) year of experience in software development field or related in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and three (3) years of experience as described above. Employer will accept pre or post Master's degree experience. Experience must be post Bachelor's degree.
