Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SFDC Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development, with a particular focus on Flows and Lightning Components. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our TDX project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Components and Flows to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform regular system maintenance, data management, and ensure the integrity of the Salesforce environment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
