Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Contract Role)

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and skilled in creating dynamic, engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram.

In this role, you'll develop and implement a long-term social media strategy, staying ahead of trends and ensuring fresh, engaging content is shared daily. You'll be working with a large, active community of fans, managing user-generated content (UGC), and fostering ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy: Develop a weekly content calendar across platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Create engaging posts, blogs, and manage tour date calendars.
Creative Development: Craft compelling copy and creative for posts. Strong writing skills, Photoshop experience, and video editing expertise are essential.
Client Communication: Clearly communicate social media strategies to clients during one-on-one sessions.
Post Scheduling & Real-Time Engagement: Schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Publer, but also react to posts and engage with content in real-time, even on weekends.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with fans by commenting, resharing, and liking posts, while fostering a positive online community.
User-Generated Content: Identify and leverage UGC opportunities to enrich content and build stronger connections with the community.
