Job Description
Our client, a leader in the digital customer experience space, is seeking a UX Qualitative Researcher/Digital CX Experimentation Researcher to join their team. As a Digital CX Experimentation Researcher, you will be part of the Customer Experience & Engagement (CX&E) organization supporting the CX Research & Behavioral Science team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer experience research which will align successfully in the organization.

**6 Month Contract, potential extension**
**$58/hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform qualitative research studies that will serve as a central resource across various CX programs.
+ Translate research objectives into actionable research questions and develop discussion guides.
+ Moderate interviews and facilitate focus groups to gather valuable insights.
+ Analyze data for themes and patterns, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
+ Effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human factors design, anthropology, or psychology.
+ 2-3 years of experience in user experience (UX) research, preferably in the AI space.
+ Strong knowledge of qualitative research methodologies including discussion guide writing and analysis.
+ Experience with remote user testing tools such as UserTesting, Discuss.io, Teams, or Zoom.
+ Demonstrated ability to execute research efforts within accelerated Agile sprint cycles.
