AsaCBREReceptionist,youwillprovideadministrativetaskstoadepartmentoroffice.Thisincludesgreeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
ThisjobispartoftheWorkplaceExperiencefunction.Theyareresponsibleforprovidingworld-classcustomer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What** **You'll** **Do:**
· Receiveanddirectincomingcalls toappropriatepersonnelandvoicemail.
· Greetclients,applicants,andvisitorsuponarrival.Issuevisitor passes andparkingvalidationsandfollow security protocols.
· Scheduleandpreparemeetingandconferencerooms.
· Performgeneralclericalduties.
· Trackincomingandoutgoing calls and interactions.
· Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation.
· Useexistingprocedurestosolvestraightforwardproblemswhilehavingalimitedopportunitytoexercisediscretion.
· Impactthroughclearlydefinedduties,methods,andtasksaredescribedindetail.
· Deliveryour ownoutputbyfollowingdefinedprocedures andprocessesunderclosesupervisionandguidance.
**What** **You'll** **Need:**
· HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDwithupto3yearsofjob-relatedexperience.
· Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
· Abilitytofollowbasicworkroutinesandstandardsintheapplicationofwork.
· Communicationskillstoexchangestraightforwardinformation.
· WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook,etc.
· Strongorganizationalskillswithaninquisitivemindset.
· Basicmathskills.Abilitytocalculatesimplefiguressuchas percentages,discounts,andmarkups.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $24.04 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $28.85 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
