About the role…

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing brand and marketing design efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing a high volume of production and maintenance design tasks that keep our brand consistent and polished across all channels. You’ll work alongside other designers and partner closely with teams across the company to bring campaigns to life through clean, compelling, and on-brand visuals. A love for ShopMy and what we’re building is a must—we’re a small but passionate team, and that enthusiasm shows in everything we create.

Roles and responsibilities…

• Assist with production of digital and print assets including social graphics, email templates, paid ads, event materials, presentations, and internal collateral.
• Make updates to existing creative—resizing, editing copy, refreshing visuals, and adapting templates across platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency across branded materials, following established guidelines and visual systems.
• Ability to select on-brand photography and imagery that aligns with visual guidelines and enhances overall creative.
• Support marketing initiatives with quick-turn, executional design work for campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assets.

Our non-negotiables…

• 0–2 years of design experience in an in-house or agency environment (internships welcome)
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• High attention to detail and an eye for consistency across design elements
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to take feedback constructively – also a genuine enthusiasm for ShopMy and the brand we’re building.

Additional skills and attributes…

• Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
