In this entry-level marketing role , you'll use your energy, creativity, and communication skills to engage with the public, promote charitable campaigns, and support a variety of promotional events and brand initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events that drive awareness and fundraising for nonprofit and charity partners
Design and manage eye-catching visual displays to increase event engagement
Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for marketing campaigns
Support on-site fundraising efforts and help meet donation goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders
Ensure smooth event execution by collaborating with internal teams and volunteers
Track campaign performance, gather audience feedback, and suggest improvements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred (internships welcome)
1–2 years of experience in event marketing, promotions, sales, or fundraising is a plus
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with a passion for social causes
Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events
Reliable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about continuous learning
A natural people person who enjoys face-to-face interaction and community outreach
