Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations for clients to assess their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Support licensed professionals in providing addiction counseling and clinical counseling services.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Engage with children and adults, fostering a supportive environment that promotes mental health awareness.
• Collaborate with team members to implement behavioral health strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills related to behavioral health and counseling.

Required

• Must be pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology.

Experience
Preferred candidates will possess the following skills or experiences:

• Familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Experience in addiction counseling or clinical counseling settings.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Background in behavioral health or mental health counseling.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
